UPDATE
return was received by Roman Originals on 11 May. Tracked by Royal Mail. 2 emails sent. No reply. I received an email on 7 June to say refund being processed. Refund received 9 June. Postage NOT deducted which I suppose is a plus. However no appology. Not sure if I would buy again. Very poor refund procedure and outwith 14 day legal time frame. Also a lower amount than others £22.40
