I am joining forces with these other ladies to complain about the latest issues with returning items. This all seems to have started happening recently - around May. I am waiting for a refund on 3 items (2 separate parcels). Like most people, I have proof of return & the Royal Mail tracking service confirms Roman have received my parcels. They actually tell you not to respond an email because it will delay a response. Huh - not getting a response anyway. A bit miffed now that they have over £100 of my money!!
