Goodness me 😢 I wish I checked your reviews before sending my items for exchange .I have the same trouble with this dreadful company or factory, whatever, thief..
From the 20th of May I am waiting for my exchange and for a reply to my emails .. I think I have to go personally to their factory in Birmingham or to their head office.
Such a shame this company! I will never purchase anything from them again and I will complain everywhere and warn people about it.
