Roman deserve all the negative feedback they get!
I have tried to contact them numerous times but they never reply to emails, forms, and their phone lines are supposedly down due to the provider which I very much doubt as according to that they’ve had no phone lines for days!
You can’t return to store if it’s an online purchase unlike all other company’s I deal with.
I will no longer waste my time but will resolve the problem myself through resolver or chargeback….
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
