Have waited three weeks for refund, despite numerous emails. Tried phoning customer services & told to only contact them if 10 days have passed after they received returns. Am now in queue of 22 callers waiting to be connected with customer service & got to number 19 in queue & have now listened to a message informing me that lines are now closed as phone lines down! Thought this was a reputable company, just wish I’d seen reviews before ordering. Never again!
