Returned two items as they didn’t fit. No acknowledgment. Tracking shows return was received. Contacted customer services but no response.
This company is either fraudulent or just incompetent. Don’t use them if you need to return anything because you will not get your money back.
I will be raising a claim through Visa and contacting Trading Standards.
