Like many others I am also waiting for my refund of £80
The return was tracked by Royal Mail and was received by Roman on the 25th May it is now the 20th June.
Emailed twice with no reply and I’ve been trying to call but with no luck.
There apparently is a “fault” on the line!
I will never set foot inside a Roman original shop again and I am warning everyone I know how appalling the returns and ( non existent) customer service is.
