If l could give a zero star rating l would. Absolutely terrible, l sent goods back on the 16th May and still waiting for refund. Like others, the phones are always down. This is now my 4th email to them (l can only email via the website) to try and get my refund back. Shame because l did like their clothes but will not be buying from them again!!
