The clothing at Roman is great no problem but they are a dreadful Company when it comes to refunding items sent back and communications from them are dreadful.
I am still trying to get a refund from an item that I purchased middle of May that never was sent and sending them correspondence twice a week.
Never known another Company that is SO BAD AT COMMUNICATION AND REFUNDS!!!! Definitely making me feel I should stop buying from them!!!!
