The goods supplied were fine but their customer service is abysmal.
The first time I contacted them, on the 15th June asking for an invoice was promised a response within 2 days. A reply was finally received on 28th Jun after being on hold for 56 mins on the 'phone to speak to a person. They sent an e-mail giving me another copy of my order. I again replied that I wanted a VAT invoice. No further contact has been received from them
