I purchased a blouse in April in store in the Horsham branch but didn’t have time to try it on. It was much too big but when I tried to return it a couple of days later the shop was unexpectedly closed due to staffing issues.
I wasn’t able to make a special trip into the town again and so decided to return it by post. I enclosed my receipt and expected to receive a credit voucher in return.
It’s now August!
I have been pursuing this refund for 4 months.
I have had a couple of unsatisfactory email response asking for the identical information but NO refund!
Previously I had shopped with the company quite a lot and liked their clothes but on a matter of principle I shall never shop with them again until this issue Is resolved. It’s more than incompetence, I feel cheated.
