DREADFUL EXPERIENCE, still chasing for my refund even though I returned my items nearly a month ago. Have had to open a Paypal dispute now. Will NEVER order from Roman again.
Tip: if you ARE ordering from them (which I don't recommend!), pay via Paypal and at least you have the option to open a dispute to get your money back.
