Since June ,I have sent 14 emails to Roman Originals with ongoing problems about not getting refunds for clothes I have returned with proof of postage .I don't usually get a reply and ,if I do ,my concerns are not dealt with correctly .
I now have 10 proof of postage receipt from Royal Mail !!!.My bank statements do not show all these refunds .
At a loss as what to do and suffering sleepless nights with worry .
