My return wasn't refunded so I contacted RO several times & every time a ticket was raised but every time I had no response.
I then contacted a company called resolver who sent another request for a refund on my behalf & again a ticket was raised & then nothing! Resolver have just escalated it & I have just had an email from RO to say they are refunding me nearly two months since receiving my return back!
Such a shame , as I really liked most of the clothes I ordered but I wouldn't buy from them ever again now!
