Terrible customer service. I bought two pairs of trousers in October which were the wrong colour so I returned them. There is no dispute they were received in immaculate condition. No refund. I pursued it intermittently until February when I referred the dispute to PayPal. Heard from customer service immediately that I could have my refund immediately PROVIDED I dropped the dispute with PayPal. Intrigued I refused. So they notified me they were closing "the ticket" PayPal are refunding me but of course I will never buy from Roman again. Beware!
