Sent the dress back tracked in April it was delivered proof by post office
No refund given as I paid by Klarna they now want payment which reluctantly I will have to do pay for an item I don’t have £28.99
Tried calling number 29 in the que then cut off
Tried emailing at least 4 times
Do not order off this company something is badly wrong
Now £28.99 out of pocket they should be forced to close down if this is how they treat customers
