Firstly, my return has not been acknowledged.
I was number 25 in the telephone queue and when I got to position 5, I got cut off.
I've emailed numerous times and completed the online form and have had no response.
The customer service is diabolical and I will not recommend or buy anything from Roman again.
Beware people - do not buy online with Roman.
