I never received an email confirming my order. I rang after 3 days and was told they have so many emails to send sometimes you dont get one. Rang again today and for the second time i was in position 26 for soneone to answer the phone. How can you sort out a problem when it takes 45 minutes to actually speak to a person? I haven't got that sort of time to hamg around.
I wont be ordering again. Extremely annoyed and disappointed
