If you have paid by credit card contact the dispute team at your back. They will help fight your case to get your refund. It looks like Roman just keep sending out the same letter’s until you are out of refunds time. Is this a type of fraud?? My bank have temporary refunded my money, they are contacting Roman to get my refund giving them so many days to refund before taking action against them. The more people do this the better, I have also written to Trading Standards. PLEASE LADIES START FIGHTING BACK!!!!
