Ordered a jacket Size 14 and it was too big by a mile, so returned it and asked for a Size 12 replacement. Over two weeks later still waiting for the replacement despite their warehouse having received the return ten days ago according to Royal Mail.
If the replacement doesnt arrive soon I will be on the phone to my credit card for a refund. Rubbish customer service.
