Had a blouse delivered last week..needed to return it...no invoice in parcel..e-mailed them..answer from them which said a ticket 😮💨..no idea)..had been issued and someone would get back to me...today I sent another email asking if they had resolved my query...answer...we have now gone paperless and you should go onto their site and look for their address portal...tried to find it..no success yet...Will not be using their company again unless they resolve it...
