What a complete shambles when it comes to customer service.
I received a dress that has a faulty hem. Contacted via their online form weeks ago and all I had was a holding email. I'm still waiting to speak to someone.
This morning I tried to send another contact form but couldn't complete it as their form wasn't working properly.
It really winds me up when companies use the oh we're so busy excuse for not contacting customers.
I won't buy from them again nor would I recommend
