Before returning a dress that felt a bit loose, I ordered a smaller size to see if that fitted better, which it did. The smaller dress was £3 cheaper than the original, and they charged me for returning the larger one, so I ended up paying £6.75 more. I won't be buying from Roman again!
With the smaller dress I ordered 2 other dresses in the same size, but ended up with a duplicate order, which I tried to cancel, so had 2 deliveries. Despite all being the same size, only one dress fitted.
