Ordered a dress last week which wasn't suitable !
Returned promptly and received a partial refund ! Turns out with delivery and postage to return that is a cost of £8.99 !!!
That's shocking I will never order again and have been a loyal customer for years !
A loss of 8.99 is disgraceful !
