BEWARE:
Ordered clothes in the sale and sent back 13 items that I didn’t like. After 2.5 weeks no refund. Phoned and they said if not received in another week to contact. After a week still no refund, Couldn’t get through on phone as very long waiting queue. Sent email and reply said refund was being processed. Now one month later and still no refund.
Will never, ever buy anything from them again and am now looking at legal action to get my quite large sum of money back.
For a well know company this is appalling
