Had a faulty item: no response to emails
Had a return for exchange: two months later and still not had any comms from them, despite proof of delivery.
This company are operating so far outside of the Consumer Rights Act it is a joke. Distance Selling Regulations are ignored. I would encourage all people posting reviews to raise a case with Trading Standards, as they operate on the basis of "more complaints = action".
