I purchased a jersey dress in November and have worn it 4 times. It has pilled so badly that I have sent details and photographs to Roman explaining that I can no longer wear the dress as it looks so tatty after such a short period of time.
Roman customer service have advised me (after receiving several photographs and lots of information which I have provided) that the dress is not faulty. The fault lies with me as in their words “the fault is wear and care and not a manufacturing fault”
How can the poor quality fabric not be a manufacturing fault?
How can the poor quality fabric be a consumer fault and I must bear the financial cost of this as the dress is no longer wearable in my opinion.
