I ordered a dress in November, which l got out to check ready for a cruise l am going on in February, to renew my wedding vows, on our DIAMOND WEDDING Anniversary. It was very crumpled up although it had been in my wardrobe. So l took the labels off to try and get the creases out, with no luck. Contacted them. They offered to take 20% off of price. I tried to explain l would not be able to wear it, as it looks awful and so creased.Basically it’s unwearable. They have now lost a longstanding customer. Customer service useless
