I made an order which I had a query with so I've been trying to ring them as they won't answer emails or messages from their website.
After waiting 1hr 2mins and getting to number 2 in the queue, they cut me off.
I can't go into my account with them as they won't recognise my email address.
I will never order from them again which is a shame cos I like their clothes
