Two items out of four I have bought over the last few months were really badly made but I was still charged postage for returning one of them (the other I managed to put right myself). My first email complaining was not answered. The second email was answered but was so rude - I’d been given a specific voucher to use on an item I’d left in my basket but not checked out and this didn’t work - I was told in the response (and I quote) ‘please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions’ as vouchers can only be used on full price items - they hadn’t even bothered to check that the voucher was for a specific order and had nothing to do with whether or not it was full priced. It doesn’t look as though I’ll get the £3 return postage for sending back the faulty top which is annoying but as a result won’t be buying from them again so I’ll look upon it as investment ensuring I won’t be subject to their quality issues or poor customer service.
