*****do not ring customer services****** Chasing a refund to which i had received an email to confirm I would be receiving shortly, after 23 days I,m still waiting. Rang customer services 3 times and each time 27 or 28 in queue and each time after an hour waiting got to 2nd place to be told extremely busy and to email customer services, subsequently disconnected. What a waste of 3 hours of my life. 2 emails and 7 days later still no response. Are you in trouble Roman?, if not you soon will be if you keep treating your customers this way. Its appauling.
