Impossible to get problem resolved. Sent numerous emails, no response other than automated acknowledgement. Rang - on phone an hour, got to position 2 then cut out. This seems to be the normal reading other complaints. Part of order not received, suggested forget it and refund. Still now answer, no response and no refund. What can I do next? Any Ideas?
