one item was missing from my order, apparently sent in a separate parcel but it was never received. I have tried & tried to contact by phone and sent 2 emails (one 2 weeks ago. I have paid for this item.
Looking at other current reviews , I am not alone with this.
really disappointed, I have spent hundreds with this company but wont be using again.
