I won’t use Roman again- both my last 2 purchases resulted in a long-running saga and having to get other parties involved on my behalf to get full refunds from this company. They are unwilling to respond in an appropriate manner to perfectly reasonable requests for refunds. Be aware they categorically refuse to pay return postage costs even if you’re returning a different size when 2 were ordered for fit, or when the item is clearly not as advertised. No more second chances for Roman. They are black listed.
