I ordered a garment from Roman for my Daughter in Law's Birthday present. She did not like either the fabric or design. I returned it to Roman in its original wrapping and Return Form, stating the reason for requesting a refund. I sent it back to Roman on 28/4/25. To my astonishment, it was returned to me 4 days later, 2/5/25, with NO explanation as to why. I have been an enthusiastic customer of Roman's for some years and am now appalled by the handling of this order and would like it sorted please. If not, I will unsubscribe.
