I ordered 2 items on 7th April , they never arrived , when I contacted customer service they informed me that the package had been delivered, so I asked for proof of this , they told me to go round asking my neighbours. I informed them that I'd already done this , and it was not my job to run around tracking it down , it was down to them to locate it as I had paid for it ! After a few more emails they finally accepted that the package was lost but they ignored my request for a refund. They informed me a package has been re sent . I asked them how long that would take as it had already been weeks and I had wanted the items for my holiday , which had been and gone by then. I was told to " wait patiently " . It has now been 11 weeks of waiting ! I am sick of being patronised now . I have asked for my money back several times, but that has been ignored. Every time I email to ask what's going on and where my order is , I just get a single sentence either telling me the package is on it's way or to wait patiently . Do you know how insulting that is ? I think 11 weeks of waiting is way too long, never mind "patiently " ! You treat your customers like we are an annoyance to you . You don't even engage with me with any sense of apology or basic manners. Yes , I'm annoyed , of course I am , I paid for a service I didn't receive and your after sales team are rude and dismissive. I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from you , does not take the risk . I feel that I've been scammed , and I will be posting this review on as many sites as I can . Avoid Roman Originals !!!!!
