Absolutely awful customer service , they do not reply to emails even though it states on their website that they aim to reply within 5 working days .
Trying to return an item of clothing I received that hadn’t any paperwork in the parcel so need a returns label and invoice to be able to return for a refund, I’m now getting to the end of the returns period for a refund without any communication from themselves
Disappointing but won’t be ordering off Roman Originals again !
