Poor Customer Service
I have been a customer for many years, both in store and online. However, I was very disappointed with my latest order. The quality seems to have gone downhill. But it was the poor customer service that I am most unhappy about. I bought a summer dress to take on holiday. I liked the dress and was happy with the fit, so I removed the tags and cut the labels out as I find them uncomfortable when wearing. I then washed it before packing, only to find that the overstitched hem was coming off. I had thrown away the return label, so contacted Customer Services to ask for another. This was within one week of placing the order. I was told I could not return it because I had cut the label out. Under the Consumer Rights Act should be able to return an item that is faulty. Over the following weeks, I followed up with several more emails, but these were either not answered, or I was told I was outside the returns period of 30 days. My last email of 23rd June has still not been answered.
