Very outdated returns procedure. Customer should be able to go to a stand-alone store and get a refund not a gift card , totally ridiculous in 2019 ! What a shame as their clothes are very nice. Also online return is bad as you don’t
Pay for delivery but have to pay £3 return postage. Come on Roman get your act together.q
