Today we visited Brixworth Country Park and the Rutland Cycles there. Arriving with a puncture Ellis could not have been more helpful and kind. He offered sound advice and replaced the inner tube within minutes. For such a young man he was very professional and certainly provided excellent customer care. Thank you Ellis for making our cycle today stress free!
