Go elsewhere if possible
Order placed on the 10th, multiple emails chasing for an estimated despatch date or even an order confirmation, fobbed of with ‘I will email the despatch department’. Finally got a order confirmation on the 21st after multiple calls and emails. Finally told they have it in stock at Milton Keynes store but will take days to get it to central despatch. Why is it still sat there 12 days after the order was made?
Had to cancel the order on the 22nd, ordered from and alternative supplier delivered on the 24th.
