Awful experience that still isn't resolved! Placed a large order in early December with some items for Christmas. Chased multiple times before order finally delivered in mid Jan. One item was too small, so following the exchange policy on their website, I ordered a bigger version, to them return small item on receipt. Moneybags telaken from my account twice but turns out the order wasn't placed!! Then they only refunded me for one of the payments initially. Eventually sent back original too small item only for them to incorrectly process the refund amount. Twice! I am still £20 short and now Customer Services are not returning my emails. Shambles from start to finish. Ordering system is clearly flawed as is Customer Services. Do not go anywhere near...
