I ordered some Cycling shoes that turned out to be a bit tight in the toe area. Rutland's return process was really slick and the refund was very prompt.
My subsequent exchange of emails with Rebecca were friendly, open and professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Rutland again, in fact I've saved their website to my favourites for quick access.
