I can honestly say I do not under the negative reviews. I get the occasion problem, but that happens with all retailers. I purchased my bike on Tuesday 11th and was delivered on the 13th, well packaged and set up as described on the website. Considering the bike I purchased is out of stocked everywhere else I could not be happier with the bike and service. Can’t wait to get riding.
