Terrible experience this year.Endless delays, orders not fulfilled , the wrong plants sent, poor quality plants, a dud dahlia that failed to sprout and the last straw….. My Nemesia arrived upside down, crushed and broken with soil all over the box- they were not packed properly.
No response to my email,in regard to this last issue,for four days.
Next stop- contacting Sarah Raven herself.! Such disappointment in the quality and service of Sarah Raven Kitchen and Garden Ltd.
