This is my third attempt to contact by email.
The first email was acknowledged on 23 May, the second on 29 May. No response so far.
I have also phoned and the message is always the office opens again tomorrow at 9am, which it never does.
I am very unhappy with the service from Sarah Raven.
The order was promised in early May.
To date I have received 25% of the the order, despite your tracking system saying the full order has been dispatched.
The Cosmos with Cool collection1 x 20 seedlings is all that has arrived.
We have not received Cosmos bipinnatus Dazzler 4 x 10 seedlings or Cosmos and Ammi selection 1 x 20 seedlings.
We are now unable to take any further deliveries until 25 th June, as we are away on holiday from tomorrow.
I suggest the only option is to cancel the outstanding plants and credit my card accordingly.
The lack of after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced.
