I've had the CCTV installed in July 2021. The sales side was fine, no issues with the costs and installation date however; since having the CCTV installed; I then realised that the engineers put cracks in the roof tiles with their feet. This was indeed fixed but only once it was escalated as a complaint and took several weeks. Since having the camera's installed; I have had so many issues with the camera's not showing videos and this is unacceptable for my business model. I've had multiple visits from engineers with some no-shows - these are all arranged by email so very time consuming. Since they've stopped accepting phone calls for technical support, it's VERY difficult to get things resolved and they only offer support Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. It's even worse trying to make a complaint because they only accept complaints by POST!!! I won't be using Securico again so I do not recommend.
