Since March 2023 I have had to take time off during the week, to wait for an engineer to come and fix an issue with my mothers cctv. My mother has dementia and is bed ridden. She is on her own and the only way we know she is safe is through the CCTV system. I am still awaiting for someone to rearrange for an engineer, to correct this on going issue, it’s now July and appointments have been made, with either engineers not turning up or attending my mothers house without the correct equipment or going to the wrong address. All I ask is that someone from this company fixes this issue, making our mother safe.
