Good when it works but that is very rare due to network congestion only good for hotspot in good coverage area Smarty app managed to bug entire days to renew monthly contract The auto renew didn't activate the plan but when I renewed the plan 3 times the plan suddenly worked huh weird how the app works easily for payments but for service it was stuck on renew phase for 2 days and only worked and started after multiple payments for single month Smarty decided to keep all my money as they refused to refund instead decided to do account credit over the chat and more than half the chat are not real humans it's older GPT who couldn't understand I want to refund due to renew problem and kept fixating on renew I will switch to giffgaff or upcoming smarty competitors after the credit which I can't refund due to smarty terms of conditions
