Having been with Smarty for several months, I referred a friend under their referral scheme, where they say you’ll receive £20 in shopping vouchers each. Well, surprise, surprises, suddenly there’s a problem with the “enrolment link” and Smarty said we were “not eligible.”
They kept arguing with me-not even a gesture of goodwill for the extra customer I’d effectively given them. If you’re reading this, go to another company, as Smarty’s customer service is truly terrible.
